Ingredients

Organic Buckwheat Groats, Organic Sprouted Lentils, Organic Red Bell Pepper, Organic Onion Flakes, Kale Flakes.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Combine 1 cup (250 mL) Late Harvest Organic Buckwheat with 2 cups (500 mL) water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 10-12 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in oil or butter, add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let stand 7 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
