Ingredients

Sprouted Organic Mung Beans. Bio-Bud™ products are made with sprouted grains, legumes and pods that are dehydrated at the peak of their enzyme levels and nutrient value, and packaged with no additives or preservatives. May contain nuts and gluten.

Cooking Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of Presoaked Mung Beans* to 4 cups of boiling water in a medium saucepan.
  • Boil for 10 minutes or until beans are tender but firm. Remove from heat and drain.
  • Ready to consume, or add to any dish.
  • Makes 4 Servings
*Rinse well and presoak minimum 2 hours.
