Naturally leaven with whole grains, our breads do not contain any commercial grade yeast, aiding digestibility and nutrition (please note that our breads are not yeast free).  Our breads are free of oils, added sugar, dairy, additives, and preservatives. Our spelt varieties are available for those who are wheat intolerant.  Spelt should not be consumed by those with Celiac disease as it still does contain gluten. Our most popular variety, Organic Spelt Bread, has proven itself to be the best tasting alternative grain bread on the market!

Storage

For optimum product life and freshness, store between 18°C – 21°C. For prolonged storage double bag and freeze.
