Adzuki Beans Cooking Instructions

  • Presoak 1 cup (250mL) of Adzuki Beans in room temperature water, minimum 4 hours.
  • Boil 4 L water in medium saucepan, add presoaked Adzuki Beans
  • Bring back to boil for 13-15 mins, or until tender.
  • After draining it is ready to eat.
  • (Rinse with cold water and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.)
