Mung Beans Cooking Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of Presoaked Mung Beans* to 4 cups of boiling water in a medium saucepan.
  • Boil for 10 minutes or until beans are tender but firm. Remove from heat and drain.
  • Ready to consume, or add to any dish.
  • Makes 4 Servings
*Rinse well and presoak minimum 2 hours.
