I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate you making the Spelt Ginger Snaps and I will be looking for more of your products at the store. I have Ulcerative Colitis and have a restricted diet. I was so elated today when I saw the ingredients list and realized that I can eat these cookies!!! They are the perfect size for snacking too!
Yours Truly,
Cindy

Hi!
I just wanted to show some gratitude and say thank you for your delicious high quality products. A friend of mine sent them for me to try knowing that I have a very rare stomach disease and cannot eat just anything. All of your products have been very beneficial and they have helped me a lot. Once again: thank you, it was a real pleasure to taste your wonderful products!

Dear Springfest 2013 Sponsor,
The Springfest 2013 Committee wishes to thank you very much for your kind and generous contribution to our fun fair. It is because of support like yours that we were able to host such a successful event for our school families and surrounding community. Just look at all the smiles!
Without the support of community partners such as yourself, the school’s learning environment would not be as enriched, and we thank you!
Sincerely,
Springfest 2013 Committee

Thank you for your generousity and support with our heart-o-gram fundraiser. We sold bags and tubs of cookies. To break it down we sold approx. 6750 cookies. We raised $277! Awesome! It was a great start to our Lenten Project “Free the Children.”
We hope to continue next year’s campaign with your support once again.

Very Nice Cookies!
I saw your company featured on Food Factory. I was really impressed by the entire episode and your corporate philosophies. I knew I just had to try the cookies!
I purchased bags of both the ginger and lemon cookies yesterday and I just wanted to say that they are really good!
I believe that you should make time to send compliments when they are deserved.
Excellent product! I will be purchasing them again in the near future! Glad I found out about ShaSha.
All the best,

A lifesaver!
I got hooked on the spelt ginger snaps during my first pregnancy – they were small, easy to digest, and great at quelling those unwelcome surges of lightheadedness and nausea. My family also loved them, along with all of the other types of snaps, and they continued to be a well-loved treat in our house even after my acute need for them had passed (or should I say, been born). Then we moved away from Edmonton and our favourite organic store, and I had trouble finding them in St. John’s, so I toughed my way through my second pregnancy without them, but tough it was indeed! Then I got the bright idea of googling ShaSha and oh joy! – I can order direct on the website. So for baby #3, I’ll be surrounded by my beloved spelt ginger snaps again. Thanks for making such a great product!

To the ShaSha Company,
Thank you for the work that you do. I am a big fan of your Ginger & Cinnamon Buckwheat Snack (with Prebiotics and Probiotics) and purchase it at my local Whole Foods Market in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.
I’ve been eating gluten free for a few years and I am so happy to discover a snack that tastes delicious and has a wonderful, defined ginger flavour. It brings me energy and joy.
I wanted to take time to say “Thank You” and express how glad I am that this product is available in the marketplace.
Thank you,
Ann

I am currently going through chemotherapy treatment for Non Hodgkin’s lymphoma. I have been fortunate that I am not terribly sick but I do frequently feel nauseous. My Naturopath doctor recommended that I take ginger tea or candies to help with the nausea.
One day while in Costco I saw your little ginger heart cookies. My husband and I had seen the cookies being made on a food network program as well. I was so excited to see the cookies available at Costco so we bought a container. What I did not realize is that they would become the most wonderful treat to help me overcome nausea. Anytime I feel a touch of sickness I take one or two of the cookies and I feel immediate relief.
Thank you for such an awesome product. I bet you had no idea your cookies would benefit a cancer patient.
Have an awesome day,
Dale Nikkanen

February 1, 2012: 2012 Manulife Walk for Memories
To ShaSha Bread Co.,
Our most sincere THANK YOU for the outstanding donation of cookies that ShaSha Bread Co. provided for the 2012 Manulife Walk for Memories. Your contribution helped make the event a smashing success!
The Walk was a great triumph and at last count over $621,000 has been raised…far more than our $600,000 goal. Money raised from this event will go to provide counseling, education and information to individuals and families living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, and fund research to find the cure.
Thank you again for your contribution and we hope that we can count on you again next year.
Warmest regards,
Jocelyn

Good Monday Morning!
Thank you again so very much for your most awesome cookie donation for our School’s “Snack Shack” fundraiser that took place last Thursday.
It was a huge success and the kids LOVED the Snap Packs.
The best thing was that your Snap Packs met the School Board’s healthy snack requirements.
A couple of pictures of the school Ambassadors who sold the Snap Packs during afternoon recess out the windows of the classroom you see in the pictures.
Thanks to you, we raised a considerable amount of money that will go toward school program enhancements.
I’m sorry that I don’t have more pictures. I wasn’t aware that parent permission is required if pictures are going to be posted on the internet.
The parents of the kids in this picture are O.K. with pictures going on your website if you’d like to use them.
Again, thank you for your generosity.
Have a great day,
Cari Marotta

Hi ShaSha,
I buy ginger, lemon, and cocoa snaps at the Whole Foods Waterman Street store in Providence, RI. They are absolutely the best! Our family likes to eat healthy food (most of the time!), and we include someone with a heart condition and a another on a low sodium diet. Thank you so much for these tasty sweets that we love and feel good about eating!

In the next few days I’ll be sending you a certificate acknowledging your generous donation; but until then, here is a picture of your contribution (before it was devoured)! Thank you so much for all your support, and we hope we can count on you again next year!

November 30, 2010:
Hello!
I was traveling in California/Oregon, and *somewhere* purchased a tub of your ginger snaps, and if I only knew how good they were, I would have bought a case ! I looked and looked all over, and can’t seem to locate any stores that carry them. I looked on your website, but could not located any retailers in southern California. do you have any stores here that do stock them?
Thanks,
Steve G
