Merchandiser/Demonstrator – Greater Toronto Area

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, self-starters!

This position supports the mission of ShaSha Co. by providing exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide product information
  • Build collaborative relationships with store bakery/grocery managers
  • Conduct consumer product sampling/demos at stores
  • Merchandise products including freshness rotation
  • Display maintenance
  • Complete store visitation reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of secondary school education
  • Experience in sales or merchandising is preferred (2+years)
  • Proficient using MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license

This position is part-time, including weekends.  Compensation starts at $14/hr.  GTA travel required and corporate vehicle provided.

Inside Sales Representative – Toronto, ON

We are seeking self-motivated and success-driven individuals looking to advance their skills in customer service.

This position is responsible for the execution of inside sales and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide product information
  • Build collaborative relationships with store bakery/grocery managers
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Respond to inquires within a timely manner
  • Input orders using in-house software
  • Update customer database
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Organize job tasks to meet sales objectives
  • Assist with trade shows if required
  • Assist sales team with other tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of secondary school education
  • Experience in sales or call centre is preferred (2+years)
  • Proficient using MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Superior organization and attention to detail
  • Energetic and motivated team player

This position is full-time.  Compensation starts at $30,000 + commission.  No travel is required.
