2013 Recipient of ShaSha’s Culinary Award

Every year ShaSha Bread Co. awards an exceptional individual enrolled at the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts at George Brown College with a scholarship fund to advance their education.  This individual must demonstrate the highest level of skill and above all, passion and appreciation for baking.

This year’s recipient is Lauren Adiwinata, a very talented young woman whose determination and hard work is transparent and whose passion is illuminated every step of the way.

Lauren writes, “Thank you so much for granting me this award!  Being recognised for working for something that I love is truly an honour.  You have encouraged and inspired me to never stop trying my hardest and always work for what I love! Thank you!”
