Cooking Instructions

Combine 1 cup (250 mL) Indian-Style Basmati Rice with Vegetables with 2 cups (500 mL) water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat then reduce heat to medium- low. Cover and simmer 11-14minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in oil or butter, add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
