Ingredients
Sprouted Organic Mung Beans. Bio-Bud™ products are made with sprouted grains, legumes and pods that are dehydrated at the peak of their enzyme levels and nutrient value, and packaged with no additives or preservatives.
Cooking Instructions
- Pre-soak 1 cup (250mL) of Mung Beans in room temperature water, minimum 5 hours
- Boil 2 L water in medium saucepan, add presoaked Mung Beans
- Bring back to boil for 5-7 mins, or until tender.
- Drain and enjoy!
*Rinse well and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
