- 1 cup of previously cooked Bio-Bud Adzuki beans
- 1 cup of mushrooms of your choice (diced)
- ½ cup of onion (diced)
- 1 cup of spinach
- ½ cup of any green sprouts like pea, sunflower or others
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-2 golden beets cooked (julienne)
- ½ of lemon juice
- 1tsp of coconut oil
- Salt /pepper to test
On a medium heat, fry the onion in coconut oil until golden brown. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 min. Add cooked adzuki beans water, sprouts, spinach, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and golden beets.
Stir for 2 min and serve.
