Sprouted Grain Hummus Dip

INGREDIENTSShaSha Sprouted Hummus

  • 450g of sprouted Bio-Bud™ grains (Mung, Adzuki, or Lentils)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Take 450g of mung beans, adzuki beans or lentils and soak in cold water for a minimum of 7 hours. Using 4 litres of boiling water, blanch mung beans and lentils for 5 minutes and the adzuki for 12 minutes.

Puree grains using a blender and add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.

Spread on toasted Spelt bread or Lavash.
