What Is Sprouting?
Soaking and sprouting is a very old practice that caries huge nutritional benefits. This process can be used on grains (such as spelt), oats, beans, nuts, lentils and other seeds like quinoa. The process essentially involves submerging your seeds in water (preferably overnight), draining them and watching them grow!
