Ingredients
Organic Quinoa, Organic Sprouted Mung Beans, Organic Red Lentils (Split), Organic Red Bell Pepper, Kale Flakes
Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Combine 1 cup (250 mL) Ancient Organic Quinoa with 2 cups (500 mL) water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in oil or butter, add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
